What does your GPA mean to you? For some students, it becomes their lifeline. For others, it's just another metaphysical representation of something man once conceptualized.

My good friend: "Then why did you take it?" Me: "Haha, that class was a GPA booster." My friend: "Why do you care so much about your GPA? If you let a number between 0-4 define you, you'll never be happy." Me: "You don't care about your GPA?" My friend: "I don't think I even know what my GPA is. I take these courses because I like them."

I think he's doing school the right way. This was one of my favourite conversations during my undergrad.
