q: What is it like to feel lost and depressed?

Sometimes it means getting up and doing the things you do-- not because you enjoy them but because they became habitual, and then little by little it eats away at you until all you want to do is nothing. Even breathing felt heavy and difficult. In fact, maybe everything became heavy and difficult.





To overcome it was like trying to find your dead cellphone in a dark house by yourself. It's terrifying and it birthed the myriad problems that never existed before. If you feel depressed or afraid, you shouldn't keep looking for your dead phone. You should get away from the dark house first, and seek help.
