In our busy and technology-driven society it is easy to get distracted and not live in the moment. Since we seem to always be on-the-go, I realized how often we forget to take a moment out to catch our breath and appreciate the present for what it is. Especially in our society now, it is important to remain as mindful as we can to improve our overall health and wellbeing, promote more positive emotions, increase mental clarity, and reduce a variety of stress factors we may be challenged with every day. In this section, I have taken some time to reflect on my day and find inspiration in a grain of salt to the diversity of human nature that surround me every day. For some of my encounters I share my tips below.
